Return & Refund Policy
• Since the products offered on TPB Marketplace are fresh, highly perishable, and prepared upon order, all confirmed orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled according to our R&R policy.
Product Return Conditions
- Incorrect product delivered to you.
- In case of any discrepancy, the product must be returned immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours for self-pickup.
- You are entitled to:
- Product replacement for incorrect deliveries.
- Refund within 24 hours based on your choice.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time, not less than 14 working days.
- For prepaid orders, reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method, subject to deductions such as banking or delivery charges.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursement will be provided in cash after acknowledgment.
