Sourced from a reliable Australian source and slaughtered in accordance with Islamic law, the meat is vacuum-packed to retain juices and freshness.
Originating in Australia, the Wagyu breed is highly marbling (6/7), and the T-bone cuts include fillet and strip steak on the bone. The ideal thickness for a steak is between three and four centimeters, and it is available in approximate weights, typically ranging from 400 to 700 grams per steak, depending on the actual cut.
For best results, remove the steak from the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to bring it to room temperature. Simply season with salt and pepper, and add butter, garlic, and herbs if desired. Preheat the grill or cast iron skillet to very high heat and sear the steak on each side for enough time to form a golden crust, then continue cooking until the desired doneness is reached.
