The carcass is delivered fresh and chilled within an ideal temperature range of 0–4°C to maintain juiciness and tenderness, with the option of freezing at −18°C for longer storage.

Freshly slaughtered in Australia, transported chilled by air, and processed in Oman, the whole carcass consists of two legs, two shoulders, and two ribs. The listed weight reflects the farm-provided measurement. After Halal processing and trimming, the final usable portion is about 80-85%, with 15-20%as trimmings, which we pack separately. We prioritize quality and transparency in every cut.
