Freshly slaughtered in Australia, transported chilled by air, and processed in Oman, the whole carcass consists of two legs, two shoulders, and two ribs. Please choose from the cutting options listed on the site, and write to us in the notes, and we will take care of it. All our products are 100% Halal.
The listed weight reflects the farm-provided measurement. After Halal processing and trimming, the final usable portion is about 80-85%, with 15-20%as trimmings, which we pack separately. We prioritize quality and transparency in every cut.
