  • \r\n Incorrect product delivered<\/strong> to you.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • \r\n In case of any discrepancy, the product must be returned \r\n immediately upon delivery<\/strong> or within \r\n 24 hours<\/strong> for self-pickup.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • \r\n You are entitled to:\r\n

    • Product replacement<\/strong> for incorrect deliveries.<\/li>\r\n
    • Refund within 24 hours<\/strong> based on your choice.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
    • \r\n Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time, not less than \r\n 14 working days<\/strong>.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
    • \r\n For prepaid orders, reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method, \r\n subject to deductions such as banking or delivery charges<\/strong>.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
